Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require a few additional days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout).
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on our Track Order page.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or high order volumes during festive seasons. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
